4Minute member HyunA is preparing to make a comeback as a solo artist and released several sexy teaser images through her Agency’s official Twitter account.

The teasers show HyunA posing in a bathtub with not much more than killer heels and earrings. For her new look, HyunA puts the focus on her red lips and her waves of midnight hair.

The teasers show that HyunA will promote her third mini album titled “A Talk.” Along with her mini album, HyunA recently revealed that her solo reality tv show will be called “HyunA’s Free Month” and air on SBS MTV starting July 21.

HyunA will release “A Talk” on music charts and the music video on July 28.

140708 1,000 People Rush To Audition For HyunA’s Dance Crew

HyunA, who plans to return with a solo album, held auditions for her dance crew.

On July 6, HyunA held Cube”s dance audition “PLAYBACK, HYUNA” at Seoul”s Apgujung to select dancers for her solo stage.

“PLAYBACK” is a new type of audition to select Hyuna”s crew members for her upcoming solo album, planned to release this month.

On that day, 1,000 people dancers and hopeful singers filled the audition hall; professional and amateur dancers from all over the country came to demonstrate their skill.

The judges of the audition included Cube Entertainment”s performance director Kim Se Hwan. HyunA also visited the scene of the audition to watch the process.

The audition was held until 9 PM – dancers demonstrated mission-based and freestyle-based choreography to be evaluated on several categories. The selected applicants will receive the honor of performing with Hyuna during her solo album promotion.

Meanwhile, HyunA will release her solo album later this month.

Over 1,000 talented dancers showed up for the dancing crew audition of HyunA‘s solo comeback.

The 4minute member, who will be releasing a new album later this month, held open auditions on July 6 at a location in Seoul to find new backup dancers to join her on stage.

From the early morning until the late evening, both local and international hopefuls put their skills to test in the hopes of charming the jury. The audition attracted K-pop fans from all around the world, and a total of 1,000 people took advantage of the great opportunity.

While HyunA personally paid a visit to the location, the news was not revealed to the contestants. Instead, the main judge of the audition was Kim Se Hwan, who is the leading Performance Director of Cube Entertainment.

Those who managed to leave an impression on the jury with their dance skills will be given the chance to join HyunA in performing her new hit on various stages.

In related news, HyunA is set to return soon with a new solo album, and fans will be also able to follow her journey through a reality show.

DickPunks confirms their collaboration with 4minute’s Jiyoon!

Earlier today, DickPunks updated their official Twitter account and confirmed the news that they have worked with Jiyoon for a special track. The update also included a photo of the members with JIyoon at a band studio.

The project single is scheduled to be released on July 11th.

This will be their first material since releasing “Hello Goodbye” last year.

Hyuna is ready to sweep the music industry with the release of her material next month!

After releasing her second mini album, “Ice Cream” back in October 2012, Hyuna confirmed to make a spectacular return this summer. Her popular solo songs, “Bubble Pop” and “Ice Cream”, proved her ability as a solo artist under the cute but sexy image.

Furthermore, Cube Entertainment has revealed that Hyuna has worked with a different composer, with her new track entirely different from her previous ones. The agency also stated that concept, visuals and a definite comeback date are still being discussed.

The process of preparing for this comeback will all be revealed through a reality show which will show a different side of her.

140626 HyunA Set for July Solo Comeback and Reality TV Show

4Minute star HyunA is poised to make a comeback next month, according to her talent agency, Cube Entertainment.

A spokesperson for the agency confirmed the news, saying, “It is true that HyunaA will be releasing a new album in July. We have not yet fixed an exact date for the comeback yet, though.”

According to media reports, a reality TV show will also be aired on an unspecified channel, and will go behind the scenes of the making of the new album, as well as providing glimpses of HyunA going about here everyday routine.

The singer’s last major solo hit was the track “Ice Cream,” from the “Melting” mini album, released in 2012. She also scored a hit with “Bubble Pop,” the follow-up to her 2010 solo debut, “Change.”

She has also enjoyed recent chart success as part of musical duo Trouble Maker, who scored a hit with “Now” in November 2013. 4Minute’s most recent single was “Whatcha Doin’ Today,” released in March this year.

jTBC is going to launch a new variety show called “I’m Going To School” on July 12th and the cast line-up has been confirmed.

4Minute’s Gayoon, C-Clown’s Kang Jun, Hye Park, Fly To The Sky’s Brian, Sung Dong Il, Yoon Do Hyun, Kim Jong Min, Nam Joo Hyuk will join in this new variety show. All of them will have to attend a high school from Monday to Friday and act like a normal student.

In particular, many people are anticipating to see how Sung Dong Il and Yoon Do Hyun will adapt themselves to the school life since they already graduated from high school 20 years ago.

The first shooting will take place on June 23rd at a high school in Seoul. The production team also promised that they will try their best in order to not disturb and cause any trouble to the students from the school.

140618 4Minute celebrates their 5th year anniversary + releases music video “Thank You”

4Minute has reached their fifth anniversary as a group since their debut in 2009.

Following their debut track “Hot Issue” in June 2009, the group has escalated far in the K-Pop scene, earning numerous awards, and succeeding in duo (2YOON) and solo (Hyuna) projects. Over the years, group magazine shoots with such brands as CeCi, 1st Look, Elle, and more grew, as well as endorsement contracts for Sony Walkman, Samsung La Fleur Collection, Arena Homme, PUCCA, etc. From 2009 to 2013 the group released nine Japanese tracks, and leader Nam Jihyun also got cast into a handful of dramas and movies.

With these successful five years, the group released a music video titled “Thank You,” commemorating various events in which they interacted with and performed for fellow 4NIA’s. The video includes live concerts, fan-meetings, and a peak behind-the-scenes regarding concerts and other onstage performances. Viewers can gain more insight to the natural personalities and antics of 4Minute, and reminisce about the group’s five years of performances and growth.

The video ends with a special handwritten letter dedicated to all their fans.
