Idol group 4minute's JiYoon has expressed her devotion in this musical as a rookie musical actress.

On the 21st, at the press conference of ‘My Love by My Side’, towards the question for her as the youngest on the show, Jeon JiYoon replied, “To be able to participate in a show with good songs, I felt like I’m blessed” and, “I’ve prepared way beyond what I can say. All the actors and staffs have worked hard on it. I’ve learnt a lot while trying my first musical,” she expressed.

Also, “Seniors, and this musical, every aspect of it are great, there is nothing but improvements to be learnt (by me)” and, “To those who comes to watch this musical, you will fall in love, and those who are already in love, I think you will be able to spend a warmer winter,” expressing her thoughts about the musical.

Musical ‘My Love by My Side’ will be holding its performance from December 11th to January 20th of the following year.

Soloist Hyuna has reported having a meeting with Scooter Braun following PSY’s contract with them.

On the 18th, Hyuna has arrived in America and had filmed for a local advertisement of Scooter Braun’s motor vehicle. It seems like Scooter Braun has paid attention to Hyuna who appeared on PSY’s well-loved video ‘Gangnam Style’.

Hyuna’s agency expressed, “The meeting with Scooter Braun was decided in quite a short period, but the date has yet to be confirmed”.

4minute Nam JiHyun has been crowned the popular girl.

On the broadcast of tvN Variety Program, ‘The Romantic and Idol’, 2PM Jun.K, ZE:A’s Park Hyungshik, MBLAQ’s Mir, JJ Project’s JB, 4minute’s Nam JiHyun, Fiesta’s JaE, Rainbow’s Woo SeungAh, AOA’s Shin HyeJung appeared on the show.

At the end of the broadcast on this day, preview for next week’s broadcast was aired, and male idols are seen showing interest to 4minute’s Nam JiHyun.

In particular, JiHyun’s first couple, Hyungshik, as well as Mir and Jun.K have expressed feelings for JiHyun.

During 4minute Hyuna’s vigorous dance move, she accidentally made a mistake.

On MBC ‘Section TV’, Hyuna said, “I’m gentle off stage. It’s only when I take the stage, I’ll change 180 degrees” and, “It’s a look when my confidence level grew (on stage).”

4minute’s Heo Gayoon and labelmate BTOB’s Jung Ilhoon have just released their collaborative single “My Love by My Side” for the theme song of Jiyoon’s musical of the same name.

Gayoon and Ilhoon are reinterpreting Kim Hyun Shik’s original “My Love by My Side”. The remake presents an electronic rhythm with the orchestra melody and creates a new vibe with through Gayoon’s powerful vocals and BTOB’s IlHoon’s rap.

After causing a ripple in the advertisement industry with news of Lee Hyori’s 5-year stint as Lotte’s Cheoeum Cheorum soju model coming to a close, news of her successors have begun emerging.

After both mutually agreeing a new image was needed for the brand, Lee Hyori and Cheoeum Cheorum soju agreed to part ways after five years of doing business together


After careful deliberation, Lotte Chilsung Beverage revealed on November 13 it had chosen a trio of girl group members comprised of Kara’s Goo Hara, 4Minute’s Hyuna and SISTAR’s Hyolyn to serve as models.

The three were selected not only for their appeal but their lively and outgoing personalities which were deemed a good fit with the brand. The first commercial featuring the three girl group members has already been filmed.

Lotte Chilsung Beverage stressed however that its parting with Lee Hyori was done amicably and added Cheoeum Cheorum’s initial brand recognition and popularity was greatly attributed to Lee Hyori and her representation and would continue to give all respect to Lee Hyori before her contract expires.

121113 Billboard asks if 4minute’s HyunA should be Justin Bieber’s next girlfriend

Following Justin Bieber‘s breakup with Selena Gomez, many fans have been wondering who he’ll be dating next.

Billboard has come up with a poll asking who should be the Canadian-born singer’s next girlfriend, and4minute‘s HyunA made the list.

According to Billboard:

“Although they may not speak the same language, Biebs and 20-year-old South Korea native HyunA both speak the language of love in their effortlessly catchy musical stylings. With K-pop on the rise in the U.S., perhaps an intercontinental celebrity couple is just what the genre needs to declare its stateside power. Looking for a tangible connection between the two? HyunA has collaborated with ‘Gangnam Style‘ star Psy, who just happens to share his manager with Bieber. Hmmm…”

HyunA showed up on the list of potential ‘girlfriend’ candidates alongside stars such as, Carly Rae Jepsen, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, and Rihanna. She’s currently received over 1,700 votes and leads the poll with 43%.
